In December 2009 monthly production data for Grand Banks wells became available and was added. The table structure is almost identical to the PPDM Version 3.3 Well_Monthly_Prod table. |

| WELL_MONTHLY_PROD | LOC_NO | Locality Number. A three digit well identifier number, preceded by a letter, used to identify each well. Locality numbers can begin with a "D" (most offshore wells), a "N" (offshore Newfoundland wells since 1988), a "L" (onshore wells), or a "U" (offshore U.S. wells). |
| WELL_MONTHLY_PROD | SOURCE | Data Source. The provider of the data. Value: "CNSOPB" (Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board) or "CNLOPB" (Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board). |
| WELL_MONTHLY_PROD | FLUID | Type of Fluid. The type of fluid produced by the well ("GAS", "WATER", "OIL") or some other category of monthly data (such as "DAYS ON" = number of days the well was produced during the month). |
| WELL_MONTHLY_PROD | PRODUCTION_YEAR | Year in which the production occurred. |
| WELL_MONTHLY_PROD | JAN | Value for the volume of fluid reported for January. |
